FREDDY HIRSCH ORIGINAL BILTONG SPICE - South Africa's favourite biltong spices, with a prominent notes of white pepper & coriander.
Instructions: use 35 g spice per Kg meat.
Ingredients: Salt, coriander (irradiated), white pepper (irradiated), dextrose, sucrose, ascorbic acid, MSG (flavour enhancer), cereal (wheat flour, gluten, Triticum aestivum), flavourings.
Not suitable for people with wheat gluten, soya bean, milk or egg allergies.
